Con Artist? Moi?

There I was, having a nice QSO with a station in Costa Rica when someone was rude to me:

Eh?  What did I do?  Ah!  He misunderstood and put me down as 'Oscar November' instead of 'Foxtrot November'.

Or maybe he was trying to insult me?
